M & N REPAIR was founded by Mike Massey and Nick Glowski, who took ownership in 2024 and have been serving the same loyal customer base as MJ's Truck Trailer and Auto.. With over 20 years of mechanic experience, Mike Massey ensures that every repair is done with precision and expertise. Nick Glowski, with 6+ years of experience, brings a fresh perspective to the business, ensuring that M & N REPAIR stays at the forefront of the industry. Our passion for fixing vehicles, big or small, drives us to provide top-quality service to every customer.

Mike Massey
Owner. Mechanic.
With mechanic skills being handed down from his dad, Mike has an interest in all thing's gas and diesel. If Mike is at the shop, his wife usually is too, in the office. His 3 kids are usually not too far away (Madison, Michael Jr., and Makenzie). He likes fast, lifted, diesel trucks and takes pride in being the one that gets them there. He sets a lot of the shop mood, which can be determined by the music genre of the day. If you inquire about repairs, he's one of the guys you talk to.
Nick Glowski
Owner. Mechanic.
Nick has been working on autos, trucks, and equipment since high school. We like to call him our "tinker tech" because if it's broken or needs improvement (in his opinion) he will be taking it apart. If you see any Frankenstein tools, compliment Nick. Spends spare time upgrading his truck. If you call the shop, he may be the one to answer your questions. Marital status: Single. (In case you're wondering...and it's a nice truck...ha).
Collin Roytek
Automotive Tech.
Collin has worked with us on his free time (outside of school) since 2024. In 2025, we got him here Mon-Fri. Collin is currently a senior at PENTA. Class of 2026! Although he has been in this environment for a while now, he still has not developed his shop voice, so if you hear whispers while you're here, that is more than likely Collin.

Coy Carter
Automotive Tech.
Coy is an Anthony Wayne and PENTA Graduate. He worked as an auto tech in high school and has worked on and off with us since opening but has joined us full-Time in February 2026. You can find him working or assisting on majority of our repairs and even just hanging out when he's not "working". Make sure to say Hi!

Madison Massey
Shop/HR Assistant
Madison is a 2025 graduate of Swanton High School and PENTA. Currently a Psychology major at the University of Toledo. She helps out around the shop in a variety of roles. You'll find her in the office, picking up parts, or possibly changing oil. Variety of jobs describes her perfectly. Likes her lashes but can't maintain nails.
Marital Status: Single. (Sorry, ladies, she's just not into it-hehe)
